New Yahoo CEO Carol Bartz has stepped down from the Intel board. Bartz will likely be replaced by eBay CEO John Donahoe.
eServGlobal appoints board member
Anthony Eisen has joined the board of eServGlobal Limited. Eisen is a chartered accountant and is currently an executive of Guinness Peat Group. Prior to joining GPG, Anthony was an investment banker in Australia and the United States, wherein he specialized in the media, technology and telecommunications industries.
Emerson Network names energy systems marketing head
Emerson Network Power has appointed Ling Chee Hoe as GM of the market and management organization for the company's telecom business. He will be responsible for developing the market penetration strategy for the telecoms group and overseeing the development of new solutions to fill existing and future market demand.
