FTS has released FTS Express, a scalable and flexible billing and customer care system all bundled in a small appliance.

The new product has been specifically designed for entry-level ISPs and VoIP, Wimax, Wi-Fi, and IPTV providers that want to start small while building the foundation for future growth and expansion.

FTS says its FTS Express is an all-in-one product for online charging, billing, AAA, balance management, customer care, and policy control.

It comes with the necessary hardware and third-party software, can be configured without vendor support, and is offered in three packages: convergent prepaid/postpaid data, convergent prepaid/postpaid data and VoIP, and advanced service provider.
