Also, a global group mobile network operator has placed $6 million in orders for software and services, for support in launching innovative data services and advanced customer care capabilities.
Redknee’s converged solution addresses the full range of this mobile operator’s billing requirements and enable it to offer real-time targeted promotions, bundles, incentives and hybrid payment options such as family or group account plans.
Further, a CSP operating in the Americas signed orders worth more than $8 million related to capabilities in launching innovative data services and increasing its competitive position in the market.
With Redknee’s support, this third customer is able to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and launch a wide range of advanced mobile services from a converged monetization platform.
