With over 300 contact centers in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Russian contact center solutions developer Noda is ready to move to Southeast Asia and is establishing its first base in the Philippines.

The announcement was made immediately after the conclusion of the 2012 APEC Summit in Vladivostok, Russia.

Noda sees the Philippines as a logical first step in its foray in the ASEAN region as the country is currently the second top business process outsourcing (BPO) destination for non-voice services and projected to overtake India in this category by 2016.

Through the Noda contact center solutions, the company hopes to be able to provide its clients in the Philippine BPO industry a cost-effective, easy-to-use way to manage inbound and outbound campaigns.
