Motorola has launched the G24-Lite, which is designed to suit the basic needs of large machine-to-machine (M2M) systems, utilizing wireless capabilities to automate and streamline their extensive services.

Built for easy integration into various M2M projects, the G24-Lite wireless modules can enable many M2M applications including telematics and fleet management, remote metering, automation and control, security and vending machines.

G24-Lite supports the GSM/GPRS 850/900/1800/1900 bands. Its feature set includes the standard ETSI 7.05 & 7.07 AT command sets, along with Motorola proprietary commands and features such as internal TCP/IP stack for easy data transfer and battery charger functionality.
