SK Telecom and affiliate SK Networks are aiming to offload their IT services group SK C&C in an IPO in November.

An SKT official said the two owners expected to sell up to 45% of the company in the listing.

The disposal is part of a long-term plan to turn help turn the parent corporation into a holding company, the official told telecomasia.net.

SKC&C offers systems integration, consulting and IT outsourcing in Korea, China and other markets.
