Smart Telecom increases investment in billing and CRM

Smart Telecom has increased its investment in Redknee’s converged billing and customer care solution to support their next phase of growth.

This follows the operator reporting 25% growth in revenues since working with Redknee to launch innovative value-added services (VAS) and promotions quickly to market. With the support of Redknee’s real-time converged billing solution, Smart Telecom has led the Nepalese market in launching exciting new services, innovative pricing plans and an advanced customer experience.

Redknee’s converged billing solution gave the operator the marketing and operational agility to quickly launch new interactive consumer offerings, ranging from new music, news and entertainment services to interactive health services.
