Some seem to think they will be offering valuable functionality to the social network and expect to be paid for it. Others are (probably more realistically) recognizing that the social networks have the upper hand and that revenues will be shared at best. There\'s a lot of work still to be done in this area. But all telcos must recognize both the need to reclaim this lost generation and the need to become in effect "
