With the help of Cisco Services, the retailer can now use its BYOD environment to demonstrate the value of the devices it sells, showing how its own employees are using their personal smart phones and tablets to connect to company resources and better serve customers.
Cisco Service is also helping Best Buy develop role-based access controls to increase security in the BYOD architecture.
