TalkTalk Group in the United Kingdom has selected key components of CSG International’s Total Service Mediation and Wholesale Business Management Solution (WBMS) suites.
The broadband, landline, TV and mobile provider will deploy the latest version of CSG Intermediate, CSG Interconnect including Dispute Manager, and CSG Route, replacing a combination of bespoke systems and a previous version of CSG Route.
“Leveraging this integrated solution will speed our time-to-market for new products and minimize our risk in the process,” said TalkTalk CTO Gary Steen. “It brings the modernization we need to address new opportunities and our growth as an operator.”
TalkTalk’s strong growth across its service portfolio of services for businesses and consumers in the UK, required a solution which could not only support these varied product types and projected growth, but also support the rollout of future digital services.
The CSG solution will enable TalkTalk to streamline its back office processes and more accurately track cost and revenue, including for TalkTalk Business, which is a B2B and wholesale service provider.
TalkTalk can expect to be able to offer enhanced, partner-specific terms to negotiate exclusive rights to partner products that can be used to attract or retain customers or enrich its brand.
