Tata Communications has deployed Amdocs Resource Manager to consolidate its network inventory and to provide the organization with an enterprise-wide view of its network resources.
Having already installed Amdocs' fulfillment solution in India, this deployment now expands to cover the North America markets and gives Tata Communications bi-directional operability between its Indian and North American inventories, providing a global view of its network inventory and enhancing services to the company's more than 4,000 enterprise customers.
The solution maintains an accurate model of all network resources, supporting all technologies, devices and services from both a physical and a logical perspective.
In addition, the Amdocs solution streamlines and automates operational processes, enforcing business and technical rules to improve fulfillment reliability.
