Telstra expands ASEAN network, services

Telstra International has expanded its points of presence (PoPs) and services.

The Australian operator has collaborated with Vietnamese operator Viettel to establish IP-VPN PoPs in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and has installed new PoPs in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Telstra plans to offer traditional and Ethernet private line services in Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and Malaysia, and IP-VPN in Malaysia in partnership with Telekom Malaysia.

Telstra International EMEA has recently expanded its presence and partnerships in South Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
