Telstra International has lost one of its chiefs, with managing director Drew Kelton reportedly leaving to take a senior post at Bharti.

Telstra internally announced Kelton’s departure earlier this week, the company has told the Australian newspaper.

It is the second senior resignation from Telstra within a month, following the exit of former digital media chief Justin Milne.

Kelton, who has been with Telstra since 2002, ran Telstra’s offshore capacity and managed services businesses, reporting to Tarek Robbiati.

Robbiati was appointed group managing director of Telstra International last December, overseeing Telstra’s investments in CSL and Reach and China search and advertising businesses.

Telstra International could not be contacted for comment.
