Time Warner Cable has extended its customer care and billing contract with CSG International through March 2017.
Peter Kalan, president and CEO of CSG International, said the move builds on 30 years of collaboration.
CSG provides business support solutions and services to “the majority of the top 100 global communications service providers.”
These include AT&T, Comcast, DISH Network, France Telecom, MasterCard, Orange, T-Mobile, Telefonica, Time Warner Cable, Vodafone, Vivo and Verizon.
