TM Forum’s Business Metrics -- part of the Forum’s Frameworx 11.0 suite of standards -- provides a set of universal, industry-agreed metrics that simplify business management.
The program simplifies and speeds up the process of benchmarking by enabling users to seamlessly collect and upload TM Forum Business Metric data into the TM Forum Business Benchmark Database.
In turn, this improves accuracy and reduces the overheads associated with manually collecting and entering data.
