TOT Thailand is replacing its billing and customer relations management system with Convergys Smart Communications Suite powered by Microsoft.
Convergys is acting as the systems integrator for Advanced Information Technology, the local prime integrator contracted to deliver the system replacement.
Faced with separate billing systems for its wireline and wireless services, TOT Thailand was unable to launch bundled offers or print a single bill for subscribers of the two services.
With the Convergys solution, the company will benefit from an affordable, pre-integrated, preconfigured, and fully convergent platform that will enable the provider to deploy and launch new and exciting consumer services rapidly.
