Verizon Wireless and Vodafone have teamed up for what they say will be the world's first live global mobile simulcast.
They will broadcast four songs from Madonna's performance at the Roseland Ballroom in New York on April 30 (10pm Wednesday New York, 10am Thursday, Hong Kong).
It will be available to Verizon V Cast music customers in the US and Vodafone users in New Zealand, France, South Africa and elsewhere.
Verizon is charging $3 a day for access to its V Cast service. Songs can be purchased for 99 cents each.
