Vertical Systems Group has initiated coverage of the Ethernet Exchange market, including latest research on drivers and risks, customer segmentation, deployment timing, and projections for ports and revenue.
Vertical defines an Ethernet Exchange as a carrier-neutral marketplace solution for standardizing and simplifying Ethernet service interconnection among service providers.
"We expect that exchanges will expand access choices beyond bilateral ENNI agreements, and help facilitate the connectivity of Ethernet services globally," said Rick Malone, principal at Vertical Systems Group.
