Russian telco VimpelCom has chosen Intec Interconnect v7 to manage inter-carrier billing for its long-distance and international business, in a deal valued at more than $1 million.
The agreement involves Intec's delivery of Interconnect v7 software licenses and implementation services.
The implementation of Intec Interconnect v7 at VimpelCom will be managed from Intec's recently opened Moscow office.
