Vodafone India has engaged Redknee Solutions to deliver the benefits of real-time charging to its Pan-India active pre-paid and postpaid data subscribers.
The operator is leveraging the latest release of Redknee Unified Charging to boost its data subscribers’ adoption and enhance customer satisfaction.
In addition, Vodafone India will use Redknee’s customer care solution to provide customer care and self-service on web and smart devices, and engage with them using their customers’ favored social media platforms.

Redknee CEO Lucas Skoczkowski said the accelerated adoption of 4G/LTE services and rise in mobile broadband in the APAC region validates the growth opportunity for Redknee to expand the presence of its integrated charging, billing, policy management and customer care platform.
