  • Digital Business Enabling Platform (d-BEP)

With this new platform developed from the Company’s BSS series, telecom companies are able to deliver more innovative services based on traditional offerings and third-party product catalogues, and increase operating income. d-BEP also helps clients create an omni-channel customer service experience that provides personalized, consistent user experience through different channels such as social media or instant messaging platforms.

  • AI-powered OSS

To solve problems such as lack of interaction and convenient tools as well as low process efficiency, Whale Cloud works with Alibaba Cloud to redesign the interaction experience and business processes through AI, which improves the OSS interaction efficiency, process automation, service quality, and service management.   • WhaleTalk

  • Smart City

Powered by the Company’s self-developed technology, the solution is a one-stop platform for monitoring and managing the various kinds of public safety incidents, and can be used by government administrators of all levels. The system allows the clients to oversee the public safety events of all aspects in everyday life, including policing, firefighting, damages caused by natural disasters such as flooding, hurricanes, landslides, and other municipal complaints like water quality, air quality and noise pollution, among others.

  • Smart Transportation

The solution comes with a comprehensive design powered by big data technology that lays out the current information of traffic and environment, provides controllable suggestions for problems on the roads, and monitors traffic.
