For Korea only, Pantech is rolling out a mobile phone with embedded wind recognition technology.

A Nintendo DS-like sensor analyzes the amount of forced air flowing through the microphone for use in applications as simple as blowing virtual flowers and kisses up to games, photo gallery and video applications.

Like the iPhone accelerometer it might provide a way to travel quickly through menus.

Connected Internet says that Pantech R&D scientists are at this moment brainstorming new, presumably practical, uses for the technology.  If you've got any let us know.
