The Invex3G Autonomous Compact from Andrew Wireless solutions is designed for measuring wireless network quality using taxis, buses and other fleet vehicles.

Targeted at network operators, the Invex3G, slightly thicker than an ordinary notebook computer, can run unaided and operated remotely. The device enables drive test data and results to be sent across a remote radio link between the test equipment and a central operations center.

According to the company, the Invex3G can support up to eight handsets that capture critical network performance data and reduce traditional drive testing and benchmarking costs.
