Honeywell, together with SKF, has released OneWireless Equipment Health Monitoring (EHM), a device which wirelessly transmits complete spectral information - including vibration amplitude and operating parameter information - from the field to the plant control room, helping reduce equipment failures and improve business performance through lower maintenance costs.

OneWireless EHM is a compact, eight-channel (4X vibration, 4X 4-20 mA) monitoring device that communicates over Honeywell's OneWireless industrial mesh network. The device collects acceleration, velocity, temperature, and bearing-condition data and delivers it to process operators and maintenance personnel to alert them of any equipment problems.
