Zhone has introduced 18 new zNID optical network terminals for GPON and active Ethernet deployments.
The terminals, which are part of the zNID-42xx product line, promise a performance improvement of ten times over earlier models in the line.
Each model provides dual 1G Ethernet LAN ports, as well as two or four voice ports with support for the SIP, SIP-PLAR and MGCP VoIP protocols.
