ZTE chose Azimuth Systems' ACE MX universal multiple-input multiple-output channel emulator to support its Wimax testing needs.

ZTE will use the ACE MX primarily for 4x4 bi-directional testing and beamforming testing of Wimax networks.

Also, the MIMO channel emulator will be used to support testing of ZTE’s CDMA products.

Azimuth Systems said superior RF performance, rapid setup and configuration, and scalability and flexibility were important factors in ZTE’s decision.
