In this Western Conference, there is only one team that has established a clear-cut superiority and that is the Golden State Warriors. They are up three-nil in their First round series versus the Denver Nuggets and they will be looking to seal the deal here. This game will take place on 24 April @ 10:30 PM (+3 UTC) and will be played at Ball Arena. Can the Warriors close the Nuggets out and focus on the Second Round?Bet on Denver Nuggets-Golden State Warriors
Best bets on Nuggets vs Warriors
Handicap: The bookmakers at 22bet predict a swing of +/- 4.5 either way, favoring the Warriors to win this game. They have won three in a row and although they had one-sided wins in the first two games but the last game was decided in the last couple of minutes. I favor the Warriors to win this game and will suggest a handicap of -4.5 in their favor. (Handicap 2 -4.5 for 1.90)
Player Props: Bookmakers at bet365 predict the odds of 1.86 for Jordan Poole going Over 22.5 Points, Poole has been inspirational on the scoring front and has pumped 27, 29, 30 in the first three games. He has found his groove during all the quarters and I believe he will go “Over” here. (Player Props: Player Points: Jordan Poole Over 22.5 for 1.86)
Total: Bookmaker sat 1xbet believe that the total of 225.5 Over/Under have odds of 1.90. The total in the first three games fetched 230, 232, and 231. Thus, it means that the total has gotten over the stated mark of 225. I believe it will be “Under” here though. ( Total Under 225.5 for 1.91)

The Nuggets have been unable to contain the Guard trio of Poole, Curry, and Thompson so far and that has been the biggest difference between the two sides. Poole and Curry both scored 27 points while Thompson clicked on 26 points. The Nuggets' defense has been unable to restrict these three and it is surely too much to handle taking care of three elite sharpshooters. Nikola Jokic scored 37 in the last game but apart from Aaron Gordon, the Nuggets didn't receive enough production to match the Warriors. Overall, the Nuggets didn't do that badly at all, they shot 50% from the floor, made 11 threes on 42% but it is the defensvie end that needs fixing.
Golden State Warriors
The Warriors have made 15+ threes in all of the games so far and that too on a high percentage. Due to that, the Nuggets have been unable to fend off the team. What makes the Warriors formidable is the presence of three high-quality three-point shooters while Andrew Wiggins is a decent stabilizing force on the offensive end. Draymond Green is a terrific defender and ever since he has been back, the Warriors have shown better defensive effort as the main unit is now in full flow. Gary Payton II and Otto Porter Jr. come off the bench and they fit well on the defensive while also helping out on the rebounding and offensive end.
