UFC Fight Night - Shavkat Rakhmonov vs. Carlston Harris – Fight Predictions, Analysis

For me, the card's main event will be a 3-rounder battle between Shavkat Rakhmonov and Carlston Harris in the welterweight division.

Rakhmonov is an undefeated fighter with 14 professional victories. He earned 7 victories via submissions and 7 via KO, but he also has 11 as an amateur fighter. In the UFC, he held 2 fights against Alex Pereira and Michel Prazeres. He earned both victories via submissions after absolute domination. Before coming to the UFC, he fought in M-1 global, which was one of the best promotions in Russia.

Carlston Harris earned 2 victories just like his rival. One of the victories via KO and another via submission, but both in the first round. He defeated Impa Kasanganay via TKO in less than 3 minutes in September of 2021. Before UFC, he fought in Brave FC, UAE Warriors, and Shooto Brazil.

From my point of view, Rakhmonov is a way better grappler and equal striker. But, finally, he is a better fighter who knows when and how to use skills. Jarrah Al-Silawi is the only guy who defeated Harris via TKO, but I think Rahmonov will find a way to do it, too. The victory of Rakhmonov has an odds of 1.4.
