I joined bet365 because of all the hype & its listed as one of the best online casinos out there (for slots). I had to ditch it. It’s the only online casino I’ve tried so far that I kept putting money into & haven’t even gotten a $10 payout.. It’s really hard to win literally anything compared to other sites. There’s barely any back & fourth play, it just straight up eats through your deposit. Sport betting on the other hand I know people personally who’s had really good experiences, so I will give them that. It probably would be worth it to check out if that’s what you’re into, I would just avoid their casino all together.

I made an account and they deleted it after only 6 hours. I only placed 1 bet of 5 pound. They then gave me no reason and said I was never to get my account back or make a new one.

I have to say that "Bet365" has got to be One of the best Gambling websites around. You get plenty of FREE bets of a Fiver or Tenner. But the thing I like best is when I make a withdrawal of any Winnings I might have. It is put back into my bank account immediately, within minutes it is in my bank account. And I dont know of any other Gambling Website that does that? I am Soprry to see the Negative comments that have been made by some people but I really have got NO complaints at all.

I opened an account with bet 365 i opened it with £20 i tried to place 3 bets with this company & it locked me out theyve taken my £20 every time i go on to live chat they tell me to phone customer services quoting LL01 i have tried to call everytime i do the telephones are not being answered this is 1 bad company & iam seeing citizens advice about this matter please stay clear rip off merchants

I have had an account with 365 for as long as I have gambling. Many years. Recently I have been doing quite well, nothing spectacular but making a few quid. I went to put on my bets for Saturdays racing today and found my account has been restricted to the point I can't even get a fiver on a horse. Also had an email to inform me all promotions have been removed from my account. I only bet on the horses and the ITV 4-1 offer was a real leveller. Just to be clear I have no information other than studying what's publicly available and these chancers deem me a risk to the billions of pounds they make off people chasing their losses every year. They are beyond contempt and in this era of levelling up and social justice I hope they go bust.

I like to give credit where it is due. And I have read some of the reviews written by some other unlucky "Members" who have stated their disappointment with BET365. In all Fairness I have to Thank them for all the FREE Bets I have been given. I have not had much luck picking a winner with the FREE Bets but that is my fault rather than theirs. The Point I wanted to make was that I have joined most other gambling websites and I have Never received as many FREE Bets as I have received from BET365. Of course I sympathise with the people who have not been as fortunate as me and I cannot explain why this is. I can only give my own "Review". And I want to say Thank you to BET365 for all the FREE Bets they have given me. Although I have to admit that the customer services Dept is Non-Existent. And there is more chance of me speaking with the President of America, than with an agent from Customer Support Services. So I think this is an Area that should be looked at, and improved.

I opened an account to bet on the horses. I deposited £15 made 3 bets but then got an email to say my account has been closed with no explanation at all! Today I was 15 in the queue to speak with online chat advisor. Finally got through to be told its a trading decision and they couldn't look Into my account further... then when questioned they proceeded to tell me my bets lost (although they told me earlier they couldn't look into my account)I then asked to make a complaint, I was told the superior was looking into it then all of a sudden the chat ended.... Well if my bets lost it doesn't matter. They closed the account before the races had even started.. therefore I had no chance to drop out of the bets and get some of money back should i have wanted too... Unfortunately I can't remember what bets I made... I have sent an email to them and If I don't get the results of my bets and my £15 back also I will be taking it much further. Anyone thinking of joining up AVOID BET 365 LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I placed £10 onto bets to get the £50 promo offer. As soon as my £10 bets were settled they closed my account. Absolute joke of a company. I tried to contact the company and could only do so via the 'contact us' online service. They were unable or rather they wouldn't give me a reason for closing my account and left the chat while I was still typing. I contacted the online 'contact us' for a second time and asked for further details e. g. contact number or email... They actually said 'it wouldn't change anything'. They wouldn't give me any customer complaint details or further contact details and then left the chat for a second time. This is a scam of a company. False advertisement for promo offers. Horrendous customer care. Unfair treatment of paying customers. Stay clear!

I opened an account on Tuesday (First day of Cheltenham) as they were advertising a free £5 bet every day for Cheltenham. The free bet worked fine on Tuesday & Wednesday (I lost both bets) but I was unable to log into my account on Thursday, but I decided not to bother contacting them. Today (Thursday), I decided I would contact them to log in and use my final £5 free bet on the last day of Cheltenham, and to my suprise, I found out that 'due to the nature of my business' my account has been closed as a 'trading decision'. What? The nature of my business? Don't advertise free bets for new customers and then close their accounts when they use them. I like a good bet and would have continued to use Bet365 after Cheltenham but now I can't, great trading deicison guys, now I'll be sticking with SkyBet, Ladbrookes, VirginBet & PaddyPower who don't close my account the day after I create it. Pathetic company, closing accounts the day after they've been created is a great way to lose customers to rival companies, pat on the back for whoever made that decision.

I love bet 365, looks after the smaller punters who just like a flutter on the horses, with good prices, and their free bets are second to none with no catches.
