I opened an account with these nearly 2 years ago. First time playing off a £5 bet 10p spins, I won £25 onto n drew it out. Never won anything thing from then on. Well... nomore than 60p off 5 or 10pound bets 3 or 4 times a day sometimes more. Did this for 6 months straight until eventually, I gave up. Dint play on it for over a year up untill a month ago when I placed a £5 bet on temple of treasure n won £185 n then next day won a further £40. Since then not won a thing. Games I was playing on that was working perfectly fine when I won that n even b4 I won started slowing down n playing up n what's worse n obviously quite obvious what their doing or have done is when I start winning not much but looks like its building up to a big win n free spins, the game will just cut off n say technical issues please contact customer service n quote reference 123 etc n when I go bck on the game, I takes all my money. Enough is enough n this running this site is a thief n that's how she makes her fortunes. By take off other with the fake promise of potentially getting a big win when really there no chance in that.

I need to stop using 365 has my betting site, they just have far to many issues and you can't log in, either that or they obviously know that you have a big cash out / win due and won't let you log in to cash out. I’m an Average player with average luck. But I can tell you from personal experience the roulette tables are questionable to say the least. it’s not a great place to play. I’d stay away and recommend you do the same. Save your money guys. Too many weird sequences. Playing with strategy not impulsive bets. Days and weeks go by with constant loses. I have had an account with Bet365 for years. Their website is very user-friendly, far more so than their competitors, which is the main reason I keep an account with them however their website can be very unstable. My main beef with Bet365 is settling of bets when there have been scratchings before the race. It can take anywhere from 2-8hrs to settle bets and generally only after you complain. They can never give you a timing or reason for the delay when you contact them - just that it will be looked into and given the highest priority. It is just BS and more BS. They may be the biggest but one of the worst when it comes to customer service. If it wasn't for their website wouldn't give them the time of day. My advice is to avoid qt all costs.
