I have had a shocking experience with bet365. I joined a few years ago then I could not log into my account yesterday. I contacted customer service and was told my account is closed due to a trading decision and I am no longer allowed to bet with bet365. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. I’ve also had many issues in the last few months, bets dissapearing from my bets, cash out freezing, bets not settled properly. And just get told by the customer service read the terms and conditions. It’s not been a good experience with this betting company

I placed some bet for euro 2020. It closed my account straight after without any notice. I only found out when tried to login on it and the stupid system keep telling me the details aren't. i went to their customer service, then they told my account has been closed because the trade team is no longer willing to accept my business. This is so interesting. They said they don't want my business, they took my money and closed my account, and that's what they said they don't want my money. THIS RUBBISH COMPANY IS A "FABULOUS" FRAUD.

I made a deposit using apple pay, tried to withdraw back to apple pay and wouldn't let me. Being forced to withdraw to their mastercard which I don't want.

I made a bit on England to win 2-1 extra the game finished on 2-1 England won at extra time £20 bit I put on for a return of £580. Am not getting my pay out due to an own goal lol is acceptable for the game to won with and own but not acceptable to pay out I think that in wrong a goal is a goal. I should get my money.

Im the same as many, I had maguire score anytime 2-0 so naturally my bet was up n so I went to cash out, boom gone, lost bet, hiding behind technical issues, if a massive company like them, really has technical issues, it would have been looked at and sorted within a couple of hours, if it was genuine, but it's been happening all this tournament, let's see if they publish the technical issues they had, I doubt it,. N I could be wrong but my gut feeling is, when this tournament is finished if by magic, the cash out issues will have gone. Its all about the money they knew they could loose on cash out bets 100%

I'm actually starting to think Bet365 are frauding people out of money, I don't bet a lot but funnily enough my bets dissappears when I know I have a bet that's up... Reporting them to the gambling commission, the app is unbearable and doesn't allow you to cash out... For example the racing Live streams are behind the live race so cash outs aren't live, your bets dissappear so you can't check on them, the app crashes all the time... Supposed to be the leading betting company in the UK.... I say they are a utter joke. Betting supposed to enjoyable, not with these it's not, delete your account and go with someone else

I haven't been able to see my placed bets or cash out for over 24 hours now. and it has cost me, a disgrace that a tech company with hundred of millions turnover can't get It right. You've lost my custom. When you try to speak to someone it's impossible. Very poor bet 365

I placed a bet on the Italy vs Belgium game, i wanted to cash out after 21 minutes as the cash out would have been high and i noticed that "my bets" wasn't available to me and therefore i couldn't cash out, this was right up until the game had finished. This 'technical issue' that they claim it was has happened on multiple occasions and i have made them aware as i have the screenshots of proof that this have happened many of times, therefore this 'technical issue' should have been fixed a long time ago. I made them aware via live chat and email and they replied saying they're not offering any goodwill for this, as they claim the 'technical issues' is not their fault. I have never heard anything more ridiculous in all my life! How can a company state that they're not at fault for their own 'technical issues' is beyond me.

I only bet £5 but I couldn't watch my bet as the site was down. The reason I make a bet is to watch it as it happens!. Why would this happen?. Unless I get a reply I will be emptying my account with 365 and going to a RELIABLE site!. Sorry.
