I opened an account a few years ago and wanted to withdraw the money but the sign in no longer works. They claim to have no record of the account because they don't keep records for more than about a year and refuse to refund the money despite me sending proof of payment and a copy of their letter with the account details. Some time later the goal was disallowed but the funds were still in my account. The bet was settled. Around 30 minutes later, the bet became unsettled as the goal had been disallowed.
