I have placed a bet for a significant amount for Donald Trump to win the US Presidential Election. I am very much disappointed to see that bet365 have settled the bet stating that they have gone with the total number of votes casted and that were counted at the time of election. Given that the result of the election is on hold due to the pending challenges and decision from the court, it is unfair to settle the bet based on assumptions and unreliable media reports. This is very unprofessional way of handling the bets and to be fair, bet365 should hold until the official results are out or pay compensation for the unfair play.

I made a bet for $100 for Donald Trump to WIN the US Presidential Election. I bet only $100, but it is my $100. When I went to see my bet, it was no longer there. So when I called Customer Service, they told me he didn't win the election? What? Today is November 12th and the election has not been decided. The Electoral College has not voted so why did they take my bet? What happens if Trump wins? They said oh well, he had to win the most votes? That is not what this bet entails. I would like to have my bet placed back into my account until the final decision has been made. The election has not been determined despite what the media outlets say. Biden did not win. If Biden officially wins the Presidency, then you can take my bet. However, this election has not been determined. This is insane that they took this bet away before a winner was officially determined. If this bet, which it does not say, was based on most votes, why would anyone bet as the Democrats predominantly win the most votes due to New York and California. The most votes does not determine the outcome of this election, but the electoral college does when they vote to officially name the winner. I too am ******, so if anyone is experiencing the same thing and wants to pursue legal action, please contact me. This isn't about the money, its about the principle!

In amongst all the recent disappointments @bet365 app update ranks amongst the worst in recent times.

I have left a one star expereince only because nil is not available. I reveived an email from bet 365, saying that they were restricting my account until someone speaks to me about my account on the phone. You then have to arrange a call back which gives a waiting time of 72 hours. Having done that through live chat, I called on the third day of waiting, to be told that the call back was not recorded and I had to wait another 72 hours. I cannot believe that there was no one at bet 365 available to fast track a call back for me, given my circumstances. Bet 365 has gone down considerably in my estimation and would not ever recommend them as a good betting service. Inidentally they do not "restrict" your account, the correct word is "freeze. "

I know im late to the party but how bad is the @bet365 app. Its so bad. Really difficult to use. Not up to sate at all. Inplays are near enough impossible and its constantly freezing. Can anyone recommend a good alternative?

I might not be a big customer but still a customer, bet365 always seems to disable my cash out on sports betting, they do it when you got a chance of winning, there a absolute con, any one planning on joining them, better think twice, join another betting company, I suspended my account with them, best thing I done...

I’m sorry @bet365 but what the? Putting up false results on your app to trick people into not cashing out? Also removing the cash out option way too early. If a bet starts with a cash out option, it should end with one too

I play blackjack and it’s as crooked as ****! Every other first hand they turn blackjack and the amount I’ve got 21 and in response they turn blackjack is a joke! Yea it happens but not as many times as on this site! Be nice occasionally to think u have a chance but you don’t here your just giving money away with no chance of a return
