Delhi Capitals missed some key players badly in their game against Lucknow Super Giants. Mark Wood blew away with five wickets through Delhi's innings. The arrival of Anrich Nortje will boost Delhi's bowling attack but that also means Rilee Rossouw will be out for the game due to overseas slots. The top order needs to take the responsibility to score the bulk of the runs as they don't have Rishab Pant in the middle order to give them stability. Manish Pandey can come into the side and will have big shoes to fill throughout the season. Kuldeep Yadav and Axar Patel will be key to Delhi's success. The team will be looking for a more cohesive performance in the second game of the season.

David Warner (c), Prithvi Shaw, Mitchell Marsh, Lalit Yadav, Sarfaraz Khan (wk), Rovman Powell, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Chetan Sakariya, Khaleel Ahmed, Mukesh Kumar

Gujarat Titans started the season like they finished the last with a win. The team chased down another target despite not having some of their key players. Gill and Rashid were the stars of the show. Rashid got two wickets for 26 runs and was helpful with the bat in the end. Newly recruited Kane Williamson had an unfortunate knee injury which will cost him his season. David Miller is back and is available for selection which will boost Gujarat's morale. The team will be looking to continue this momentum and get their second win in a row.

Wriddhiman Saha (wk), Shubman Gill, Matthew Wade, Hardik Pandya (c), Vijay Shankar, Rahul Tewatia, Rashid Khan, Mohammed Shami, Joshua Little, Yash Dayal, Alzarri Joseph

We are expecting a high-scoring game in Arun Jaitley Stadium as we have seen historically. The pitch will assist both the batters and the bowlers. Spinners will have a big say on this pitch and will be the deciding factor. The pitch is on the slower side with a quick outfield. The team will be looking to bowl first. We expect a cracking game and we expect Gujarat to come out on top as per their present form.
