Kolkata Knight Riders vs Rajasthan Royals Predictions, Betting Tips & Odds │2 MAY, 2022

Another team looking to get their season back on track goes against mighty Rajasthan in the 47th game of the Indian Premier League. Will Rajasthan can brush aside the defeat against Mumbai and get 2 important points toward playoffs or they will be the victim once again of the team on a losing streak?

Kolkata started the season well and then it all started going downhill from there. They are without any win in the last 5 games and are not able to decide their top order. Everything comes to their middle-order batsman and then they crumble under pressure. They have experimented a lot with the opening batting lineup but are not able to find a perfect combination. They need to sort that out as fast as possible to have any hopes of making it into the playoffs. They can target Rajasthan who has lost against Mumbai who was winless in this year's IPL before that.

Aaron Finch, Venkatesh Iyer, Shreyas Iyer (c), Nitish Rana, Baba Indrajith (wk), Rinku Singh, Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, Umesh Yadav, Tim Southee, Harshit Rana

Rajasthan have been flawless in the tournament with few issues. They are the only team who have won most of the games batting first despite the dew factor in the second half of most of the games. The bowling seems to be in great form with Kuldeep Sen bowling accurate pacey delivery. The spin duo of Chahal and Aswin has revived themselves at this tournament. The batting has been inconsistent in the last few games with Jos Butler not firing at the top. They need to get their issues sorted out and get into the playoffs as soon as possible.

Jos Buttler, Devdutt Padikkal, Sanju Samson (c & wk), Shimron Hetmyer, Riyan Parag, Daryl Mitchell, Ravichandran Ashwin, Trent Boult, Kuldeep Sen, Prasidh Krishna, Yuzvendra Chahal

We are expecting the team to win the toss to bowl first. Expect it to be a high-scoring game. We are expecting Rajasthan to bounce back after their recent loss and win this tie by a comfortable margin.

  • RR to win for 1.87;
  • Total Over 323.5 for 1.9;
  • 1st Innings Batting Team, TO 169.5 Runs for 1.832
