Afghanistan names Andy Flower as batting consultant for T20 WC

Afghanistan Cricket Board(ACB) has named former Zimbabwe batting great Andy Flower as the batting consultation for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup slated to begin this month. Flower made 6786 runs at an average of 35.34 during his time with Zimbabwe. Earlier, ACB chose Shaun Tait as a bowling coach on a five-month contract. Meanwhile, Lance Klusener is the head coach for the team.

We are delighted that Andy has joined ACB. Andy has worked with a number of our players in various franchise completions and his vast experience will be very beneficial and useful to help the team in the World Cup.
