Swedish golfer Anna Nordqvist nabbed the Women’s British Open title in a tense finish. Anna’s compatriot Madelene Sagstrom, Britain’s Georgia Hall, and USA’s Lizette Salas all finished at second position as the fifty fourth ranked Anna prevailed over all the challengers.
The day started with birdies but then the battle got more and more sapping in nature as the competition became stiff. Nordqvist finished on top of the Leaderboard with a final score of -12 through the four day’s play. Sagstrom, Hall, and Salas bagged a score of -11.
