In an exclusive interview with Telecomasia.net, German boxer Adam Deines shared his thoughts on the upcoming rematch between Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol for the title of undisputed world champion in the light heavyweight division.
Adam Deines exclusively for Telecom Asia Sport
Beterbiev won the first fight decisively in one round. I'm not sure why Bivol didn't show much except for defense in the last rounds. I think Artur has trained very hard and is well-prepared this time, so he will do more. He knows he can put in more work. Dmitry Bivol has also prepared well, but he needs to show better performance in the second half of the fight. I think Beterbiev will win two rounds more than Bivol.
It's worth noting that the fight for the title of undisputed world champion in the light heavyweight division is set for February 22. Beterbiev boasts a professional boxing record of 21 wins (20 by knockout) and no losses. Bivol has 23 wins (12 by knockout) and one loss.
