Turki Alalshikh Wanted to Arrange Davis vs. Stevenson Fight

Turki Alalshikh, the chairman of the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia, informed Brunch Boxing that he was interested in organizing a fight between WBA lightweight champion Gervonta Davis and WBC titleholder Shakur Stevenson. However, according to Alalshikh, Davis "doesn't want" this matchup.

Davis last fought against Frank Martin in June 2024, where he won by knockout in the eighth round. His record now stands at 30 wins (28 by knockout) with no losses.

Stevenson last competed against Artem Harutyunyan in July 2024, winning that match by unanimous decision after going the distance. He boasts a record of 22 wins (10 by knockout) and remains undefeated.
