Absolute world middleweight champion Saúl Álvarez shared his expectations for the upcoming fight between David Benavidez and Caleb Plant, which is scheduled to take place in March 2023.

Benavidez had his last fight against Canadian David Lemieux in May of this year. David won that fight by TKO in the third round. He had 26 wins (23 by KO) and no defeats under his belt.
Plant last fought his compatriot Anthony Dirrell in October of this year. That fight ended in favor of Caleb by knockout in the ninth round. He has 22 wins (13 by knockout) and one loss.
