F1: Spanish Grand Prix extended till 2026 window

Formula One extended its partnership with Spain for the Grand Prix till 2026. The Circuit for the Spanish Grand Prix is Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and the next race will take place in May next year. There will be significant upgrades to the track with the implantation of various sustainability models.

Stefano Domenicali, Chief Executive, F1
I want to thank the promoter and authorities for their enthusiasm and commitment to keeping Formula 1 in Barcelona, with improvements that will be made to the track and facilities, and continuing our long history together. The teams and drivers always look forward to racing at the circuit and visiting Barcelona, and the Spanish fans will continue to see their national heroes, Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz up close.
