
Alpine driver Pierre Gasly crashed with a rabbit during the first practice session of the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix in Formula 1, resulting in damage to the front wing of his car.
The French racer finished sixth in the first free practice session and recorded the third-fastest time in the second session. According to Gasly, he was unable to avoid the animal as the rabbit unexpectedly darted onto the track. The incident resulted in the death of the animal and damage to his vehicle, but the team quickly carried out repairs.

It’s done quite a bit of damage on the front wing and the floor but some of the guys managed to do great work and repair it. But I think we could have all done without it.
It’s worth noting that the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix is taking place in Imola. The third practice session and qualifications are set for Saturday, while the main race will be held on Sunday.
