Norris Apologizes to Piastri for Crash During Canadian Grand Prix

Following the incident at the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix, McLaren driver Lando Norris publicly apologized to his teammate Oscar Piastri for the collision that occurred during the race.

On lap 67 out of 70, Norris made an attempt to overtake and clipped Piastri's car, which resulted in the deployment of the safety car. Piastri continued in the race while Norris's car crashed into the barriers, forcing the British driver to retire from the race. In the end, Piastri finished fourth, and George Russell from Mercedes claimed victory.

In the championship standings, Piastri leads with 198 points, followed by Norris with 176 points, and Max Verstappen from Red Bull in third place with 155 points.
