Jordi Durante, the chief revenue officer of Al-Nassr, expressed confidence in an interview with Telecomasia.net that forward Cristiano Ronaldo will score his 1,000th goal while playing for the Saudi club.
– How challenging is it to work at a club with a superstar like Ronaldo?
– It's very easy. He helps everyone in the club become more professional and attracts international attention to us. His presence in all our processes significantly impacts our development, and his professionalism is evident in everything he does.
– He's close to reaching the 1,000-goal milestone. Do you think he will achieve it?
– I am confident that he will score 1,000 goals during his time with Al-Nassr. We have big plans to celebrate this achievement.
The 40-year-old Ronaldo has been playing for Al-Nassr since 2023. Currently, the Portuguese forward has scored 923 goals at the professional level. His contract with the Saudi club runs until summer 2025.
