Cristiano Ronaldo is allowed to live with Georgina, contrary to Saudi law

Georgina Rodriguez, the partner of Al-Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo, will live in Saudi Arabia with her lover, EFE reported.

According to the law, cohabitation between a man and a woman whose relationship is not supported by a formal marriage is prohibited in Saudi Arabia. It is noted that these days the police no longer prosecute foreigners who live together outside of marriage. The law will only be activated if the couple commits some other serious misdemeanor.

In order for Georgina to be able to be in Saudi Arabia, the club must hire her in some way. Otherwise, the woman will have to apply for a tourist visa, which will allow her to stay in the country for no more than three months. It is possible that Ronaldo's date can be granted a diplomatic visa, which doesn't limit the length of stay in Saudi Arabia.

On January 3, Ronaldo, 37, signed a contract with-Al Nassr until 2025. According to its terms, the Portuguese will earn €200 million a year.
