Former Manchester United goalkeeper David Gaskell has died at the age of 84. The club's press service expressed deep sorrow over the passing of their former player.
Gaskell played for the main Manchester United team from 1956 to 1968. He made his debut at the age of 16 years and 19 days, becoming the youngest player in the club's history.
In a statement posted on social media, the club also extended condolences to Gaskell's family and friends.
Earlier, it was reported that former Manchester United striker Denis Law also passed away at the age of 84.
