The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) wants to see Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo of Al-Nassr participate in the Club World Cup. This news comes from the Spanish newspaper Marca.

It's important to remember that Al Nassr are not participating in the tournament; Saudi Arabia will be represented by Al Hilal.

The Club World Cup will take place in the USA from June 14 to July 13, 2025, featuring 32 teams from six continental confederations.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been with Al Nassr since January 2023. During this time, he has scored 91 goals in 103 matches across all competitions and provided 19 assists.

Recently, FIFA unveiled the trophy for the revamped Club World Cup.

In related news, it was reported that Cristiano Ronaldo may leave Al Nassr after their exit from the Asian Champions League.
