Fans of the Iranian national team booed the national anthem before the start of the 2022 World Cup match against England, which started at 13:00 GMT (0:0, 1st half) at the Khalifa International Arena in Doha.
The act of the Iranian team's fans may be related to the actions of Iran's political regime, discriminating against women's rights.
The match between England and Iran was the second at the tournament in Qatar. The U.S. and Wales teams will also play in Group B with the named teams. The face-to-face match between the U.S. and Wales will take place on November 21 at 19:00 GMT.
