Le Parisien: Car Crashes into Crowd Celebrating PSG Victory

During the Paris Saint-Germain Champions League final victory celebrations, a car crashed into a group of fans in Paris. According to Le Parisien, three people were injured, and one is in critical condition.

Witnesses reported that the driver attempted to flee from the scene, but fans pulled him out of the vehicle, set the car on fire, which soon exploded. The current whereabouts of the driver remain unknown.

The celebrations following PSG's 2-1 victory over Arsenal quickly escalated into riots, with fans vandalizing shop windows, throwing stones at police officers, and using fireworks. Law enforcement responded with batons and tear gas to disperse the crowd. A total of 43 people were arrested, and the investigation is ongoing.

In the aggregate of two matches, Arsenal lost to PSG 1-3 and were eliminated from the tournament. The French club will face Inter Milan in the Champions League final, who had previously knocked out Barcelona. The final is set to take place in Munich on May 31.
