Paris Saint-Germain are considering signing Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal. According to GOAL, the Parisians may complete the transfer for a record-breaking sum in football history.
PSG have already held informal negotiations. The club may pay around €237 million for the transfer of the 18-year-old Spaniard.
Currently, the most expensive transfer is Neymar’s move from Barcelona to PSG for €222 million in 2017.
Yamal has been with Barcelona since 2023. The player has 111 appearances, 27 goals, and 38 assists. His contract with the club runs until summer 2031. Transfermarkt estimates the player’s market price at €200 million.
